Texturing stage in the animation

Texturing stage can actually do overlap with the modeling; depending on the level of need, which will be further discussed

1. Modeling
This stage is object-object-making is needed at this stage of animation. This object can be shaped like a sphere primitive object (ball), cube (cube) to complicated object such as a character and so on. There are several types of material object that is tailored to
their needs: polygon, spline, and metaclay.
Polygon is a triangle and rectangle that determines the surface area of a character. Each polygon determines a plane by placing a polygon line so that we can create the surface forms. To obtain a smooth surface, we need a lot of polygon. If we only use a polygon, then the object that we get will be divided into polygon fragments.
Spline is a set of spline that forms a smooth layer curva called patches. A patch to determine the area that is much broader and smoother than a polygon.
Metaclay In its basic form, metaball spherical (spheres) that can be combined with one another to form an organic shape object.

2. Animating
The process of animation in computer animation does not require the animator to make inbetween as they do in traditional animation. The animators simply specify / create keyframe in the keyframe-object to be moved. After keyframing process is created, the computer will calculate and create your own automatically inbetween.

3.Texturing
Characteristics of this process determines a material object in terms of texture. For a material object itself, we can apply certain properties such as reflectivity, transparency, and refraction. Texture can then be used for a variety of colors mencreate pattern, the level of smoothness / roughness of a layer object in more detail.

4. Rendering
Rendering is the process by the end of the whole process of computer animation. In rendering, all the data already entered in the process of modeling, animation, texturing, lighting with certain parameters will diterjemaahkan in a form of output. In the PAL standard system, rendering the resolution of a 720 × 576 pixels.
Rendering terms are often used:
Field Rendering
Field rendering is often used to reduce the strobing effect which is caused by rapid movement of an object in the video rendering.
Shader
Shader is a program that is used in a specific 3D software (Softimage) in the process of rendering special. Usually shader required to meet the needs of special effects such as lighting effects, atmosphere, fog and so on.
Antialiasing
Performed when the pixel Antiliasing very limited. Antialiasing is a method of smoothing and sharpening the rough or jagged edges of an object. This method uses mathematical processes that add pixel area. By looking at the type of animation in the world can realize that the animation is very broad and the opportunities we are wide open. For prospective young animators do not hesitate to see the opportunity and grabbed it. For those who have been involved should not be trapped in boxed pengkotak-animated works in all media forms. Because the animation is the same basis, creating the illusion of the life, of which there is not a ada.sumber: http://chaeruddin.com/?p=17 http://www.desainproduk.com/index.php?option=com_c
